From 2004 to 2009 Zeppelin Chair for International Management at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. Since September 2009 chair of general business administration and international automotive management at the University Duisburg-Essen. Main research in strategic and international management, especially in the automobile industry, empirical research especially in the automobile industry, member of the "International Motor Vehicle Program" (IMVP) and Gerpisa (The International Network of Automobil).

Studies at the FH Ansbach with focus on organization and management as well as personnel and communication management. From 2004 to 2008 employment at a big medium-sized automobile supplier, last position as plant manager in Eastern Europe. Studies in business law at the University of Saarland, degree Master of Laws. Key activities in business processes management as well as in the development of human resources. Since 2008 manager of the Center for Automotive Management at the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen and at the University Duisburg-Essen. Since 2009 academic assistant at the chair of general business administration and international automotive management at the University Duisburg-Essen.
